Pattinson Auction House had been in contact with Nicholas Humphreys Lincoln for some time but having had an unsuccessful auction experience before with another auction company we have been delighted with the support and experience that we have received so far.

Our initial introduction to Pattinson Auction was via an approach by them for us to assist with key holding and listing duties for a property they were instructed to sell for auction in the area we cover. The subject property was listed and sold with contracts exchanged all within four weeks. We could not have been happier. Whilst most of the staff here at Stevenson Coward have had only slight dealings with auction previously, this experience has encouraged us greatly, and we now ensure the partnership with Pattinson Auction, and this additional sales facility they supply to us is now part of the property services we offer our clients.
