Company Intro

Founded in 1977; we are renowned within the property industry for being an extremely successful property sales business, which prides itself on being at the forefront of embracing change and introducing our own innovative approaches in order to supply clients with more cost-effective and efficient methods of selling their properties.

Indeed it is our successes from the very beginning which have helped morph our business into the service provider to estate agents it is today. From our initial rollout of sharing our auction facility in the 1990's with like-minded estate agents, who also had recognised a space for auction in the location they operate, to supplying a fully white labelled tool which is currently utilised by our extensive list of Partner Agents, and which occupy every corner of the country.

Steering our service provision from a purpose-built 10,000 sq ft office in Newcastle Upon Tyne, itself operated by a team of more than 100 auction experts, we strive to ensure that our auction service is our Partners, very own Auction service. Indeed every angle is carefully considered in order to embed the facility within all of our Partners current property service offerings, ultimately helping each add an additional property service, at no cost to them, and crucially also guaranteeing that all of our Partners retain recognition for having what is in essence, their own property auction outlet.

With a variety of tailored auction products available, each of our Partners can be rest assured that we will fit the correct product to each of their valued customers.

Each of our Partners will also be supported by an experienced team of Business Development Managers; themselves with a wealth of agency knowledge; and who will personally be on hand to visit, assist, guide and advise so that auction is nurtured to become a valued outlet.

We recognise that customer service, and service delivery is key for any estate agency to succeed. To this end, we work tirelessly to support every one of our Partners, and every one of their respective clients, in order that each client which is shared with us, will be in safe hands.

Justin started his career in the property industry back in 2005 when he joined Pattinson Auction as a Junior Negotiator. Over his 15 years of working at Pattinson Auction Justin has worked in a variety of roles including Auction Valuation Manager, National Auction Manager and Head of Auction. Through these varied roles he gained a wealth of experience across several areas of the business including selling and listing properties and managing teams of varying sizes.

As Auction Director Justin heads up the ever-growing auction department whose job it is to facilitate live auction events across the UK as well as online auctions that end daily. Whilst in the role of Auction Director Justin has led the business from strength to strength with last year providing one of the most successful years to date with a 53% increase in units sold.

Richard joined Pattinson Auction several years ago as a Business Development Manager, utilising his 16 years’ experience of working within the property industry, across a variety of roles, ranging from Negotiator, to Valuer and also a Branch Manager - and all in differing geographical locations. With these experiences, Richard understands the daily challenges that agents face, coupled with their shifting priorities. This helps him implement the service provision of our auction facility to its maximum, to all of our valued Partners. 

As National Sales Manager, Richard oversees the Pattinson Auction team of field-based Business Development Managers, ensuring the team provide a fully rounded approach in delivering a knowledgeable information share as well as supporting our Partner Agents with all thing’s property auction - inclusive of training schedules, material updates and service delivery.

After joining Keith Pattinson Estate Agent in 2017 I have thoroughly enjoyed my journey within the property industry working in various roles such as a Sales Negotiator, Auction Co-Ordinator, and currently Yorkshire Auction Manager. I have learned a lot throughout the years but continue to find myself progressing.

I enjoy nothing more than working closely with our partnered agents building relationships, achieving great success and it's fair to say that 'buzz' of closing a deal never wears thin.

Work aside, I am a passionate Newcastle United fan and love hosting parties/BBQs with friends, my wife and two children and attending live music concerts & festivals.  
 

Martin joined Pattinson Auction in April 2019, and prior to joining Pattinson he spent 8 years in the Residential Leasehold Management sector, where he managed numerous large developments and service charge budgets. 

Martin also served a highly successful 22-year career in the British Army and finished his military service in March 2011. 

Martin was appointed in the role of Midlands Region Auction Manager at Pattinson, and he has dedicated himself fully to the role and brought a positive change to all aspects of the role. 

Martin is very passionate about customer service, and this is reflected in his day-to-day work ethic. During his time in Residential Leasehold Management, Martin was awarded an industry award for customer service. 

Martin is always on hand to deal with enquiries and customers and does so on many occasions outside of working hours.  

Michael Started working for the company in 2012 after serving 12 years on the frontline of the armed forces, He now serve on the front line of the property industry. 

In 2012 I started as a sales negotiator within the Pattinsons call centre, after excelling very quickly I was pushed out to a local branch in Sunderland in there I was trained up to conduct residential valuations to which I excelled and soon became not only the main branch valuer to an area valuer. I had always taken an interest in surveys and commercial property so in 2014 I was posted to Pattinson commercial department and started a 5 year part time course at Northumbria University in Real Estate. Throughout this time I have conducted commercial appraisals and auction valuations throughout the North East region. In 2019 I graduated from Northumbria and started conducting prep work for MRICS status.    

Ellen Herbert BDM West Midlands and Welsh Borders

I have thoroughly enjoyed spending many years working in the property industry. I started off working for a local agent many moons ago but took a break to have a family. I then decided to work for myself as an internet reseller, to work around my children. I missed the property world and I decided to return. I have since worked as a property valuer, as a buyer for an investment company and as a sales manager in auctions.  My passion in property lies with auctions, I love the swiftness of the sale and often seeing the properties come back to market, those that were bought as renovation projects.

Tina Waterfall BDM East Midlands

Everyone who knows me gets to hear everything about my passion, my partner, my daughter and Tadpole our Lurcher, together we are restoring a Grade II listed house which is a challenge to say the least, and totally rewarding, so our evenings and weekends housework is slightly more demanding than a clean & tidy up.

I've working in property auctions for over 10 years, first as auction manager in room auctions, including traveling from Lincolnshire for 18 months establishing a new London auction, and over 3 years promoting online auctions.

I have a passion for property, and love meeting people, seeing the rewards that auction offers both vendor and agent really does make your day, and no 2 days are the ever same.

Danny Bone BDM East Yorkshire & Humber

I have worked in Estate Agency for about 8 years at all different levels and most recently a Regional Sales Manager for an independent agent. With this agent I saw the massive benefits of auction from a business point of view and jumped straight on board to promote it further across our branches. I have an eye for a deal and always looking for an opportunity to generate business and look to help our Partner Agents increase their revenue through auction. Away from work, i love football and support Hull City and also enjoy playing many sports such as golf, tennis, badminton, squash and even enjoy a game of chess. I enjoy a good pint of ale and socialising with friends. 

Kashif Awan BDM West London

I am a multi-skilled property professional and have been involved in property since leaving University in 2007. My career thus far has allowed me to gain invaluable experience in managing various Estate Agent branches for both independent and corporate agency throughout London, in addition to having the opportunity to be involved in developing and laying the foundations for a cold-start agency in Berkshire . With over 14 years' experience in property, I am fuelled by my passion for all things property related and genuine client relationships. I joined Pattinson as a Business Development Manager for London more than three years ago and have not looked back since. I thoroughly enjoy developing new business relationships and working with our Partner Agents to ensuring we add value to individual businesses along with the agents we work with. 

In my spare time, I am a passionate Manchester United fan, a devoted family man and soon husband to be. 

Beverley Roskell BDM Liverpool, North Wales & Surrounding

Having spent the majority of my career in the entertainment industry, it was refreshing to make a change into property.  Something I have always had an interest in. My time in Estate Agency was  varied and diverse.  I managed a branch at a local independant company to then go on to become a valuer for a high end Global brand.  This led to me challenge myself further in the direction of Auction.  I joined Pattinson in 2017 and firmly believe auction is the best route to market for both the buyer and the seller giving speed, transparency and security for all parties.

Emma Frazer BDM West & South Yorkshire

Emma graduated from University in 2015 with a BSc Hons degree in Psychology and Criminology. Straight after university, she joined a well established estate agency, where she gained a large amount of experience, including mid to high end valuing of residential property. In 2019 Emma joined Pattinson as a Business Development Manager covering North, West and South Yorkshire utilising the experience she gained throughout her time as an estate agent. Emma loves new agents to bring them on board with the Auction Partnership, as well as providing advice on how to increase their Auction revenue, and make the most from the Partnership. In her spare time, Emma likes spending time with family, and renovating her home in Yorkshire.

I joined the Pattinson Auction team in 2019 after spending 10 years working for a large national corporate estate agent. Prior to this I worked providing bridging finance for auction purchasers nationwide. My industry knowledge allows me to understand both the perspective and needs of our clients and helps me to develop fantastic relationships across the northwest .  I love the pace and transparency of working within the auction sector and especially enjoy meeting likeminded property people. In my own time I enjoy going on new adventures and travelling to see new places with my family.
