Auction FAQ

The auction process allows properties to be priced attractively, often below the considered market value. When this lower price is explained effectively by our team, buyers understand the many advantages gained by paying the fees

Have you ever offered auction in your area before? If you haven’t then how do you know? Perhaps your competitors are offering auction? 

We have properties for sale via auction from Scotland to Cornwall & from Wales to East Anglia, showing that there is a need for auction everywhere. Please ask a member of our team to supply you with evidence of our auction sales in your area.

We do not offer exclusivity in order that all of our Partners can take advantage of our Right To Sell Scheme - where which every property we market for sale by auction is available for you as a Partner Agent to sell.

We offer a partnership, and in any partnership a commitment from both contributors is required. In order to demonstrate our commitment, we supply all our partners with branded marketing materials, including their own branded auction website which will sit seamlessly within their current site, and all completely free of charge. We are happily financially committing to the Partnership from the off!

Although some properties are bank-owned and vacant, our auctions frequently include both family and luxury homes. Most of our customers wish to take advantage of the swift, secure and transparent method which our auction facility can offer. In fact, we sell all types of property in all sorts of condition. 
In essence we judge the suitability of all our auction lots, not solely on the property, but primarily on the seller and their motivations, aspirations and expectations.

Auction provides the best environment to maximise price with multiple bidders all bidding simultaneously and transparently. Unlike private treaty all interested parties are fully aware of what bids/offers have been submitted. The vendor also applies a reserve price, ensuring the property will not sell for less than they wish.
