Season's Greetings from Pattinson Auction

With only two weeks of the year remaining, it is a wonderful time for us to reflect on what has been achieved throughout 2025. And what a year it has been! 

As well as many events, expos, and award ceremonies where we were once again recognised as one of the country’s best property auction companies.

The team here at Pattinson Auction has a clear goal each year, and that is to increase the share of auction sales within the property market, and to enhance the reputation of the online auction process as a viable and robust route of sale, which should be more frequently considered and certainly not dismissed.

Our success this year can be attributed to our ever-growing Partner Agent network of over 3,700 agents across the country. We provide our partners with the absolute best secure sale solution which takes responsibility for the 'heavy lifting' and allows agents to be more rounded in their service provision for their clients.

The auction process has repeatedly proven that it can work for sellers who are looking for that fast and secure sale and enabling the benefits of that security being applied to buyers too, who are also wanting to ensure they ‘complete’ on their new purchase. Whether it be for a privately owned home, or a commercial property, auction should always be an option.

Next year will be another opportunity for us to help you increase your income, increase your revenue, as well as your customer base. And as we attract more agents seeking to utilise auction, we will continue to invest in our resources by adding to the number of our employees, along with improved tech capability and additional sales products, ensuring 2026 is another exciting year.
