And almost as quickly as it starts, Q1 is almost completed - but what an incredible start to the year!

Q1 has been a period of immense growth, strategic advancement, and collaborative success for Pattinson Auction. As we celebrate our success we would be remiss not to acknowledge the invaluable contributions of our partner agents. Your support and collaboration have been instrumental in the collective impact in the market so far in 2024, and we are excited to see where the rest of this year will take us. It’s clear that we are all working towards the same goal of greatness, and can acknowledge and celebrate the benefits for us all.

We continue to champion the auction method of sale via live industry events, as we regularly attend the Propertymark roadshow events. The next two are in Exeter and Norwich, respectively - and hopefully we will see you there!

We also attended the Women in Estate Agency conference on March 7th, which was a huge success, and is sure to become more renowned as it continues to grow.

Finally, may I take this opportunity to wish you all a very Happy Easter and Ramadan Mubarak.


Beverley Roskell -  Business Development Manager - North West

It is great to see the continued success of the auction process both in the Commercial and Residential property sector. We now work with several agents in the Liverpool area, where agents generally charge relatively low sales fees. These agents now push our secure sale/auction facility at the valuation stage as they can achieve higher fees and a better result for the client. Our ‘No Sale, No Fee,’ for the legal pack is also a huge benefit when pitching along with 0% sales fee.

The North-West area for Pattinson Auction is strong with continued growth achieving some phenomenal results; 

A plot of land in Warrington with a guide of £70,000 recently sold for £185,000!

And a three-bed semi-detached in Mossley Hill, Liverpool, with a guide of £185,000, sold for £210,000. Resulting in incredibly happy vendors and partner agents.

As a large family run business, we all work together to get the best results through our offering of continued in-person training and support from our local BDM's.

Furthermore, our presence at regional Propertymark conferences underscores our proactive approach to staying abreast of industry trends and developments. These conferences serve as invaluable platforms for knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and networking, enabling us to further strengthen our partnerships and enhance our services. Be sure to look out for further announcements on conferences and exhibitions we will be attending throughout the year.
