The UK property market continues to move at pace, with auction becoming an increasingly mainstream route for buyers, sellers and investors seeking speed, transparency and certainty in a changing market.
Auction is no longer viewed as a ‘last resort’ but as a preferred method of sale for motivated vendors and serious buyers. Investors remain active, particularly where properties offer strong yields, development potential or clear asset management opportunities.

Our nationally based auction team has been busy attending industry events around the country. We were Platinum sponsors at the much-anticipated Property mark One Conference last Friday at the  ExCeL London, which was a fantastic day full of insights!

We have been part of this event for many years and were joined by hundreds of agents from across the UK indulging in expert-led sessions and a chance to network with ambitious, like-minded professionals.

We also attended the UKREiiF (Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum) 2026 which ran from 19th May until 21st May, at the Royal Armouries Museum & Leeds Dock.

As one of the UK’s leading real estate, investment and infrastructure forums, UKREiiF brought together the people and businesses shaping the future of the property sector, making it the perfect place to connect and explore new opportunities!  And we certainly did that!
