A Strong 2025 So Far: Reflections from Our National Sales Manager, Richard Webb

As we enter the final stretch of 2025, I’d like to take a moment to reflect on what has been a dynamic and rewarding year for our auction business so far.

From Q1 through to the present, we’ve seen large amounts of buyer engagement and strong success rates across both residential and commercial stock, as well as an encouraging appetite for auction as a preferred route to sale. In particular, our ability to adapt quickly to market conditions which at times this year have been challenging, combined with our investment in digital platforms and partner relationships, has been central to this success.

This year so far, we’ve:

  • Grown our national partner network significantly
  • Delivered consistently strong sales results for our Partners and their sellers
  • Seen another marked increase in first-time sellers with this route of sale, embracing the auction model

What truly stands out is the collaborative spirit of our partner network. Your continued support, trust, and local market knowledge have been vital in helping us reach new audiences and deliver value to sellers and buyers alike.

Looking ahead, we remain committed to innovation, transparency, and both in-person and digital service, and we’re excited about what the remainder of the year will bring. We are confident that by the end of the year, we will be in a position to have overseen yet another year of upward trajectory.
